We provide Perceived Quality benchmark evaluations of vehicles available on the market. Our automotive experts evaluate vehicle interior and exterior in Europe and China. The data collected includes ratings, comments and photos to analyze in depth the strength & weaknesses of different cars or components with a high level of detail.
With our many years of experience we deliver "ready to present" reports showing the aspects that most influenced the perceived quality and provide recommendations how to improve.
Our clients can also access our database and have access to all vehicle data. Our database is globally accessible and allows to pick and choose the vehicles you want to compare and download a report including the statistical analysis, charts, ratings, comments and photos. Our tools and methods are "state of the art".
Furthermore we offer consultancy services for all Perceived Quality related projects.

HOW IT WORKS
We deliver Perceived Quality evaluations of car interior & exterior on demand. Our clients choose the area or component to be evaluated. They transmit their specific request for cars and interior specifications. We send out our automotive experts to evaluate those cars.
Our clients can choose either to receive a deep dive analysis report or to access our web-based database to analyse the data on their own. We offer several scenarios to meet your requirements.

In 2017, we opened our satellite office in Shanghai.
